Exchange/Refund Policy 

We utilize standard EUR sizes to assist you in selecting the ideal fit. Should you desire to exchange your pairs for a different size, kindly reach out to us at loryphilory@gmail.com
 within 48 hours of delivery. You may return the pair to our postal address within 10 days of delivery. Once it's received and quality checked by our team, we can dispatch the replacement pair.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on any sold products. Exchanges are available for replacements only.

Exchanges are limited to the same style and size adjustment. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may exchange for a similar style of equal value.

For international customers, we regretfully cannot accommodate exchanges or returns due to logistical constraints.
